Pension fund not paid out : After numerous calls emails ect still no documental proof from lib life why policy money cant be paid out again i say the staff isnt properly trained and it seems neither is the directors making decisions because they do not know the law and they will not give proof to why they wont pay out a pension policy over and overr the same story i say where is your documents and no answer and no documents such a terrible company handling such big amounts of the public money
