AGAIN WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

ONCE AGAIN SYSTEM OFFLINE! If I had 10 bux for every time I've heard that in the last 4 months I'd be a millionaire! STILL my query is not sorted 4 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!! After promises and promises and nothing gets done, just finger pointing to SARS cause they're the issue, when you keep running the tax directive on the wrong tax number this is impossible! I am beyond myself livid! Turn around time on getting back to clients AGAIN an issue, I have to send a follow up email every single day just to get an answer 8 days later???? Is this a joke? I am absolutely shocked by this! Does it look like I have nothing better to do than to wait for a bunch of *********** idiots to catch a wake up and do their jobs?
