After years, I am now done with the poor service at Liberty

Well its been 1 week and no reply from Liberty. Since my broker left I was left with a blanket email from a random broker that now have the policy assgined to them. Not that they have added any value in my life and actually gaining fees of me for nothing.......

I required you to cancel and revert to me soonest... Is that so difficult?
