After 2 ys they simply 'lost' my debit order info?

Received a mail from Liberty credit stating they had not received payment from me for 2 mnths and threatened to make my policy 'PAID UP\.
On asking why they had not been doing their usual debit orders i get a 'copy/paste' mail stating they do not have my debit order details and could i please send them?

This shocked me-.they have taken a debit order for 2 ys?Suddenly they dont have my details? Thats unacceptable?!I emailed back telling them i had serious reservations about the way they treat clients info? How do you lose my details after 2 years?I also questioned how they treat my money. I told them that i have other policies with them and they should stop making their problem mine, and LOOK my details up??They messed up somewhere..they should do some'customer service' and fix it without bugging me and causing me to question their business ethics.

Noone rep**** to my mail (22/2).Yesterday i received a mail from credit control stating my policy has now been paid up (due to my lack of payments) and i have lost some of the benefits.

I never wanted it paid up, i have had the money available every month? Liberty failed to debit as LIBERTY lost MY details? "
