Advisor gone AWOL,Refusal to cancel and re-imburse

Upon taking up this Life cover with an Advisor, Lee-Rael Pillay, in 2016, I was promised that I could access him at anytime. I have never been able to get ahold of him. I requested another advisor for over a year, eventually they assigned one to me by the name of DINESH VANDEYAR but by that time I was fed-up with the service. I requested the Dinesh in November 2017 to cancel my policy. He informed me that its been done, with immediate effect so I would not pay a premium in that month. I was obviously happy. Fast -forward to january 2018, I was appalled to discover that I have been paying for 3 months after the cancellation. There was an exchange of e-mails between me and Dinesh until *th February 2018, to resolve this, also filled with airy promises This morning,9th February, I called customer service, spoke to PAUL to check on the status of my request to cancel and Re-imburse and it has still not been cancelled!!! They claim that they called me to confirm but I am unreachable. I told them that I have no missed calls on my phone on the date that they claim to have called me. Additionally, they refuse to Re-imburse me!! My question, which they couldn't answer: According to my knowledge which was confirmed by DINESH (incorrectly on his side, but that should NOT be my problem) , which Is that this policy has been cancelled, why am I still paying as I do not want this product? And I want to be re-imbursed from the period that I lodged a cancellation and was informed that it was cancelled. THEIR RESPONSE: Well, we wont re-imburse you because you were still covered as you were still paying the premium. So had something happened to you, we would have paid out. MY RESPONSE: Firstly, according to my knowledge, I was no-longer paying the premium, and I DID NOT WANT TO PAY THE PREMIUM that's why I cancelled so why are my rights and choices being dictated to me by LIBERTY. LIBERTY chooses to deduct money without my knowledge and approval. Secondly, had something happened to me since I lodged the cancellation, I would not have claimed because I was of the impression that I cancelled the policy!!!I really need and want my money back
