ADDLib Bonus

Liberty Life does not honour their promise of the ADDLib Bonus. Even though the policy states that they pay according to risk benefits and that you must have at least one investment product. My contract states that I have to have at least one "risk" product and one "investment" product, which I do have in place . However, every time the ADDLib bonus is due, Liberty "manipulates" the qualifying values and simply just refuses to pay it, even though it is not contractual. Their code of conduct is ********* and the irony of it is, that "they reserve the right to withhold the bonus if the insured manipulates the values to qualify for the bonus." Somehow, nobody holds them accountable for doing exactly that!!!
