Abysmal service and painfully slow.

Abysmal service and painfully slow. A month after my initial claim, and I am no closer to having it processed. I have had to follow up with them once a week for the past 4 weeks if I want any response. Instead of listing all the requirements upfront, they request one document at a time and then don't action anything when you send it through unless you phone.
