Absolutely useless communication
After writing my first review and numerous emails I still have no answer. Liberty clearly doesn't give a damn if their cliets lose their policies due to lack of communication and effort on Liberty side. Again, if I lose my policy due to your errors and incompetence I will sue you for every penny I have ever paid!
