Absent Liberty Life Financial Advisor

I have had a Liberty RA for around four years now and even moved another one of my policies from another FSP to them. In the first two years I had a financial advisor but thereafter there hasn't been any FA to assist me. I have requested one a couple of times through my old FA, Mr. Thapelo Dimpe and by calling Liberty but have not had any positive responses. I pay fees every month for the above-mentioned policies but have no idea whether Liberty receives them or not because as much as I get tax certificates from them, I have not met a single representative since Mr. Dimpe to validate the status of my policies and this is quite disappointing.
