A well derseved Compliment to a life saver.

With this letter I would hereby like to compliment one of your employee's (Mr Jermaine Padiachi) for the excellent service he provided to my family and myself. My family submitted a claim that kept delaying for some odd reason and only through the intervention of Mr Jermaine Padiachi was our claim processed and finalised despite the delays that the claims division was experiencing at the time.

Throughout the process his professionalism and enthusiasm to get to the root of our issue promptly exceeded my expectations. Within a few days my issue was resolved whereas prior, it took a long while for this claim to be processed.

He was kind and understanding every time I followed up and was vary apologetic as well regarding the inconvenience that this claim matter was causing for me and my family.

This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction has to be acknowledged. Well done Mr Padiachi, I commend you on excellent customer s****s and I trust that your organisation understands that you a true asset (one in a million).
