8 months and still wating for sallary protector payment

In may 2017 i hurt my back and the doctors said im permanent disabled to work.it was a shock but i know i have a sallary protector with Liberty.25 july 2017 they operated on my back.and said i cant work further.i completed all my forms and the doctors and hospital aswell.since then im constantly sent Steven Best of Hereford group and liberty life emails to ask them when i will receive payment.i paid and still is paying my policy.now my savings is finnished and still no payments.i dont want anything for free.i sm paying for a service and i dont get anything.they call it a sallary protector but they dont protect you.
