6 months and PHI still not cancelled

<p>I found out that the Health insurance I got with Liberty will never pay out if something happens to me, since I got PHI my employer as well. Last year November I informed my supposedly financial advisor to cancel the Liberty policies. Since then I was made jump through hoops to obtain proof that I did have employer PHI (Which I did provide), provide statements from my employer before cancelling my existing Liberty policies, which will not pay out anyways (worthless but I have to pay for it every month) and me having to advise my supposedly financial advisor which of my policies with Liberty are PHI products (I thought he was supposed to advise me - so what does he get paid for?).</p> <p>Why can't Liberty just cancel these PHI policies on my written request? Why these rediculous requirements?</p>
