5-Star Service!

I would just like to rate the amazing service given by Joanne at Liberty insurance brokers (they are the insurance brokers for Standard Bank). They don't directly deal with income protector claims, but she took my number, followed up on service given by standard bank (which was poor) and manage to escalate my claim as nobody at Standard bank insurance seemed to want to assist me - they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then end the call.
