48hour turnaround time is a ****

Im highly disappointed in your unprofessional service. I sent in a claim on the 29th of July for my mother's funeral policy and today the 6th of August you are still telling me that its pending? You promise 48hour turn around time when one is taking your policy but when claim stage you play hide and seek! How do you expect families to bury their loved ones when you play hide and seek with their claims? Are we now expected to take loans to bury our loved ones eventhough liberty has been recieving premiums for over 20 years?
