(4482) – IRP5 RECEIVED INVALID

I am still getting an error message regarding IRP5 when doing my tax return,I have been calling since September to try and get this sorted, THE ERROR MESSAGE IS (4482) – IRP5 RECEIVED INVALID I was told that the error was rectified by your finance department but it was not -my member number is M463017B
