4 months funeral policy not yet paid out!!

Its now been almost 4 months since I claimed my mothers funeral policy and still no payout , no correspondence. Yet you have the audecity to send out a letter to say policy will lapse if no monthly premium paid. Are yoy people normal? Pay for who , pay for what? You need to sort out your mess and payout my claim.
