2 weeks and counting!!

I don't even think they should be getting a review.

Sent a form for my retirement annuity pay out and it has been over two weeks now. I sent an email and got a response after 48hrs stating they have been trying to get hold of me and i was unreachable. firstly i have an alternative contact number, secondly i have a working email address so no one thought of using one of those two. And here i am still waiting! Truly pathetic
