2 pot delay

I'm really disappointed with the service I've received. I app**** on September 17th and started following up in October. Each time I called, I was told to wait five days for my funds to come through. Yesterday, I was informed that they tried to process the payment, but my account didn’t go through. This kind of excuse is unacceptable and has caused me a lot of stress. this is my second review here and still waiting
