2 pot claim

Wow such a horrible service from this company, I have made a 2 pot claim on the 06/09/2024 still no fund till today I have called numerous times but no detailed feedback as to why the claim is delayed. I called on Friday and I was told that the matter can be escalated only if the TAT has passed. My issue is that there is no communication or regular update in term of how far is the claim..........the only thing i get is that the claim is in progress and that's it..........I'am very disappointed hey
