1 year has passed since my fathers demise and liberty hasn't paid out a penny

My father passed away last year September. I have not received a single penny from his claim and I have had little to no response from the broker and the company. Its caused so much harm to my family that my mother is diagnosed with neurological diseases. If there's one organisation I would curse in front of god it would be liberty.
