I cannot believe! I was sent an SMS in July 2024 by Liberty informing me that I have funds available. Fast foward of all the paperwork and telephone efforts made I was told that the money will be in on the 13th December 2024 I waited till today. This clearly means their consultants are giving false hope and lying to their clients, their automated machine states it takes 40 business working days to process the claim. The irritating part about this is that you talk to multiple consultants with their different stories. Monday the 6th I spoke to Charles and he told me the delay was caused by the 2 months contribution from my previous employer. I cannot understand how come there still a contribution from them as its been years I no longer work for that company. After so many years they only decide to contribute for only two month of 2024? the next thing Charles said was it was because of SARS Tax whatever word it could be. When I ask him to speak to his supervisor or manager he then requested my number and said he will put it on email as the mager was not on duty. I am still waiting for the ghost to call me. NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR LIES!!!!!!
