0 PAYOUT AFTER 1 YEAR 6 MONTHS

To Whom it May concern,<br> <br> I was diagnosed with an Arrhythmia on 24 September 2014. No history of heart disease in my family. no history of high blood pressure. I was 30 at the time. <br> <br> On 1 January 2016 1 had my 2nd attack. I ended up in Vincent Palloti Hospital till 03/01/2016. <br> <br> I'm on Wafarin (bloodthinner) and BetaBlocker (heart rate regulator) for the rest of my life. After 1 year 6 months( 2attacks later ) of this claim, my financial adviser came back to me and advised me that because I don't have a pacemaker, or a cardiac ablation done, liberty will not pay out. <br> <br> Personally, I feel let down. the exclusions were never shared with me. Furthermore I informed my advisor via email, that GSH's diagnosis of Lone AF cant be right. as i had a secondary incident on January 1 this year. the claim was still ongoing at that time. <br> <br> Whether this was added to the claim, i don't know. Should i get no solution from liberty. i will go to the ombudsman.
