Liberty DSTV Installations **********!!!

I hired Liberty of Liberty DSTV Installations to come and install DSTV (extra view) at my house. he did come and installed what we requested. he checked the connections and everything was working fine. The following day the error notification E48-32 kept on appearing on the screen and to make matters worse the extra view was not even fixed properly. Until today he hasn't come back to fix it. he always says he is busy.
