Liberty Credit Solutions

On the 3rd week of March 2025, I was called by the lady from liberty credit solutions she offered to assist me with my monthly instalments she said my creditors which is ABSA and Nedbank are over charging me. She also said she will talk to my creditors to stop the deductions on my account they will be paying my creditors. She promised to send me a contract which she did not send

That month liberty credit solutions together with ABSA and Nedbank deducted money on my account which left me with nothing, this was not what she told me, and I haven't even received the contract that I was supposed to sign. I then called the company and was told to send the email. After sending the email the lady by the name of Ashura responded promising that I will get my money back in 7 to 14 working days.

I explained to the lady that I need to pay my daughters school fees, and she did not seem to care until my daughter was told to stay home since I did not pay the monthly fees at school.

14 days have passed, and liberty credit solutions have not paid my money back it has been a month now since the took my money from the bank and I call them on daily basis and now one answers my calls I once called then 140 times with no answer. Their number is ***.
