Repossessed car scheme be careful

I was interested in purchasing a Jimny Suzuki 1.5 and saw Liberty Auto advertise via an App called Mitula Cars. When I contacted them they said that they were a Company specializing in selling via an auction of repossessed cars. If I was interested in a car, they will withdraw it from the auction and I would only have to pay the outstanding balance that the bank was owed with a commission to them (not disclosed). As I was interested in one they sent me an invoice for the amount and they would send the car by road trailer from Upington.

They were an absolute professional team of con artists from the so-called salesman Freddy to the "owner Pieter van Wyk as well as the "truck driver "Mr J Thwala. Of course, I trusted them as everything was so professional and well presented and made the payment in full. Well needless to say they never delivered the car as agreed upon and after stringing me along for two days, just stopped communicating with me.

The invoice was done very professionally as Liberty Auto, but I think they also hijacked that name. Biggest con artists I have ever seen and although I believed I would never fall into this trap did! I am thus warning everyone to be on the lookout for these guys and if the deal is too good to be true- it is!!
