Bad service

I app**** for debt review/debt counseling in 2012, and it was also canceled in 2012 due to the first payment that never went off, I lost job after app**** for debt counseling then decided not to continue, then I contacted them to send me the cancelation letter to remove my name from debt counseling and deal with creditors my self as they were calling me already, but Libertine consultants never helped me with a letter, I spoke to Kim a few months ago, she advised to get back to me but she never got back to me, all I want from is something that shows it was canceled, and I feel that I'm no longer indebted now, I want to clear my name, but they don't want to help me.
