Not adhering to POPI act

I get a phone call from this company every week. Every time I ask to be removed from their database and not receive any further calls. They say they will make a note and take it up with their manager. I say that is exactly what I hear the previous time and it's my legal right not to be contacted again. This company is clearly not complying to the POPI act and have no intention of complying with it. I explicitly ask if they agree it is my right not to be contact again and they don't confirm it. I've laid a complaint against them at the SA information regulator.

Anyone considering to buy their services or products: be sure to first go and read the many negative reviews of "Liberte Solutions" on Hellopeter and Google. Many people are calling this company an outright ****.
