Liberte Solutions - misleading!!!!!!!

Misleading ... I received a call from a call center agent at the end of November last year stating that financial institutes were indirectly dealing on the JSE on my behalf and was making money from it. I was intrigued and arranged a meeting hoping to find out more about these financial institutes making money from indirectly dealing on the JSE on my behalf. Meeting with the salesperson and he explained how I can make money from the JSE but could not show me how the software works because he laptop battery was flat and it was load shedding in my area at that time. I was not given time to decide as I was made to sign that right away because he said I could use the software on a 2 month trial period. The software was loaded and training was provided on the 16th of December. The tech could see I was lost and didn't know how this financial software works. After reading the first module I decide this was not for me. I tried contacting the salesperson and the tech within 3 days of installation of software with no answer, they had my cell number and didn't return my call. Now this all happened on the December holiday and at no time was I advised the company was closing for the holidays. Furthermore, my first payment was to be on the 1st of February but my bank account was debited on the 2nd of January. I managed to get an e-mail and send a cancellation notification on the 20th of December only got a response today stating that I cannot cancel the contract. All the people I contacted were unhelpful. This company knows how to trap the public in signing these contracts and we no way of getting out of it. Please be very careful about signing anything.
