Consultant advised that Financial instituitionds opened account on my name without my permission!!!

I received a call on the 2019/10/29 from one of the Liberte consultants advising me that they would like to set up an appointment to advise me of how investment, JSE, Financial institutions all set-up an account on my name with Liberte and that those companies make 25% profit/gains without my knowledge. Also was advised that the consultant wanted to meet to discuss how this is done. Sounds rather fishy to me. I want to know how on earth did Liberte get the right to have some account opened in my name *****ently with them. Their website takes you Sharetrackin.com.
