Worst medical scheme ever

I've been paying my premiums with Libcare from August till this day and my medical aid is not active yet because of a over complicated application process. Now I'm expected to go and stand at public facilities and wait in the longest lines to get my baby checked and paying well over 2grand per month for medical aid. I'm starting to wonder if they actually want or care for customers. I've sent them all the relevant information they needed numerous times and yet I'm still waiting.
