please can a senior competent person at libcare call me zandi/zanbi dropped my call 4 times - saying he is trying to transfer me and saaying " haaibo...we testing " when i asked why he is dropping me i asked to speak to a manager or somebody else - he said " he is the supervisor and theres nobody else" after being put through to kyle(IT) and theresa(oncology) i was put through to zanbis "manager" who refused to identify herself and rudely told me, she doesnt need to tell me who im speaking to, and gave me 3 sec to first idenify myself after i insisted she identify herself first, she says" i could be a security threat to the company" and her IT must trace my call , and then she put the phone down.

such useless people with no manners should not be servicing customers especially when rude and useless people like these.
