Please pay me, but I have your money and I will pay you.

<p>LibCARE</p> <p>I have been told that i would be handed over, by Libcare, for an amount of R150 , then they handed this over to a debt collection company who charges R20 per e mai. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have e mails, where I have PROVEN that I have made payments to Liberty, in fact they sent me a mail, stating that they have a credit, then they sent me a mail, stating that I owe them money ?</p> <p> </p> <p>There must be a way to stop this terrible service, They are so big, that they dont care.</p> <p>Is there any way I can refer this to an ombudsman ? </p>
