Unauthorised Debit Order

R299.00 taken from my account via SA Payment Exchange on 31 Jan 2018 without my knowledge or consent. It took me 3 days to get through to SAPE to get the details for ****apage. ****apage didn't even offer an apology - instead they had the cheek to try and get me to buy into whatever ******* service they supposedly offer! I'm waiting for a confirmation Email that the D/O has been cancelled, but I'm not exactly holding my breath.

Beware of this Company!
