Terrible Service

I booked accommodation at Liams Cottage in Strand, Helderberg, Western Cape, South Africa, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my booking, which i did within the correct time period, therefore I would not be charged cancellation fee. The next day, I contacted Liams Cottage to ask about their refund policy and if I could possibly get my refund back as it is a lot of money to just "throw away". As soon as I mentioned the word refund, the gentleman that was on the call with me started being incredibly rude, swearing at me and constantly putting the phone down in my ear. Later the evening at 23:45 I got a whatsapp message from them where they swear at me, and they proceeded to call me a very ugly name. I would not suggest anyone make a booking with Liams Cottage and they should not be able to operate if this is how they treat their customers!
