Confirm rates in writing in advance

Be sure to confirm - in writing - the rates you will be charged, before you stay here. We made the mistake of assuming the rates shown on their website would apply to our stay. Then we tried to confirm these rates in a verbal conversation when we arrived. Big mistake. Silly mistake. Expensive mistake. It's a decent basic BnB. The meals and customer service were excellent. Just make sure you know for sure exactly how much it's going to cost, before you book.
