BAD SERVICE AND ************* COMPANY

I found this Business on TikTok advertising that they sell houses and also do RENT TO OWN PROPERTIES and i was interested so i started my application and submitted all relevent documantation on the 28 January 2025 and in their advert they did say you pay R6000 for registration then you get an update in 3 days when you have been approved and then you wait for 21 days but they keep you updated on the process, till to date they never give any feedback. I am the one who contacted them on the 3rd March 2025 asking about the progress but i was told that my pre-approval required a deposit of which I told them immidiately form the start of application that I dont have a deposit, but now what irritates me now is that when I CALL THEM THEY NEVER ANSWER, I WHATSAPP THEM THEY JUST BLUE TICK ME AND NEVER RESPOND, I EVEN SENT AN EMAIL TO JAMES ON THE 2ND APRIL 2025 BUT HE NEVER BOTHER TO RESPOND just because I said i need to be refunded my R6000 and i explained the reason I am cancelling my application now is I got a job in another province and I will no longer need a property in Gauteng. The emials on the application forms are not working. Another thing I referred someone who is in need of a property on the 3rd of April 2025 and they responded as I was with this person. I am so dissapointed in this company I JUST WANT MY MONEY THATS ALL.
