Terrible Service!

The worst service I have experienced!! I would never recommend this company as they are so argumentative and calling the customer a **** is not customer centric. The owner tells me he will not believe me as he has had that employee for 5 years hence I am the ****. His employee had not fixed the doors, it was after 5pm and wanted to leave with the doors still not fixed and no plan for next action and or date of completion. I was there however the owner wasn't but he says I am a **** and this didn't happen.

Job badly done and full of arguments on next visit. Totally the worst experience!!

Person doing the bookings says they are so busy and really feels like she is doing you a favour when they are actually providing a service. That should have already been a sign but I gave them the benefit of the doubt however the bad service just continued from the first phone call right through to the end|! So unpleasant until we part ways. No idea what customer service is and arguments are not part of service.
