Terrible customer service

<p>I made a telephonic booking and requested it to be confirmed in writing. </p> <p>On the day LHV never arrived and made no apology. Their response was that their booking was for a different day and made no effort to make amends; instead going so far as to explain how sending a written confirmation was utterly outside of their capabilities and it was ludicrous to expect this by saying "You are not my only client". </p>
