ESTATE AGENT AVOIDING PAYING DEPOSIT BACK

<p>I rented a property through this organisation but due to problems with the Landlord, I gave 2 months notice and cancelled the contract. I had an appointment with Ian Fourie (the Estate Agent) on Sunday morning, 26/06/2016 at 09H00 to do a final inspection of the property and hand the keys back. I called Ian twice on Sunday morning, left a message on his voicemail, sent him an sms and a WhatsApp message and Ian has ignored all these message. I believe that he is doing this to try and avoid paying me my deposit back. Do not under any circumstances, do business with this organisation</p>
