Worst Customer Service I have Received In My Life By Owner!

I don’t normally do this but I am so disgusted by the service I have just received for something I have paid for!

I had the worst experience with LG Share Transport. Gary the owner was so happy to take my money but when I complained that parts of our bed was missing he said that we had lost it. He then proceeded to tell me to be quiet on the phone when I disagreed with him and tried to explain what his mover guys had told me.

On top of that the movers were adamant to only walk 20m to deliver our stuff. We had to pay for additional movers because they wanted to charge us R500/hour extra for moving.

Below is an image showing the above. On the right is where they dropped the stuff. The unit is just behind that and where the man on the left is standing is the flat so it’s not like they would have had to walk 100m further.

I really want to support small business but I have never been spoken to like that. I would NOT recommend this service just because of how I was treated.
