Poor service

I'm not interested in any brand this company stocks after receiving the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Handed in 2 appliances and waited months for any reply. Paid a deposit for one item and after 2 months not even a peep. Know I'm waiting for a reply to reimburse me. Terrible terrible. I just want my money back and no future repairs or whatsoever through this company.
