MMR ELECTRONICS

I took my Samsung fridge in for repairs in May 2017 to MMR ELECTRONICS NEWTONPARK PORT ELIZABETH they delivered in June 2017 and everything was paid for. Since then my fridge has been back and forth to them about 7 times because it would only work for about a week. I requested after a couple of times that they please organise a loan fridge . They obliged but the loan fridge was also not working well. For the last 5 months they have had my fridge and the loan fridge still not in proper working order. I phoned them about two weeks ago to ask progress on the fridge the manager himself told me that the fridge is working alright they delivered the fridge the fridge is still not working The manager says I have 2 choices: he is going to give me a full refund but take back all the parts he replaced or he will again attempt to repair the fridge.
