Zero customer service

I currently have two LG phones (LG G5 and LG v20) and have been waiting ages for LG to update the software to Android Oreo. Unfortunately it seems as if LG couldn't care about their mobile phone customers and as a result I've bought my last LG phone. I even contacted LG South Africa to inquire about the status of the updates as I've been informed that the update for the G5 has been released in Europe. I logged a query on the website https://www.lg.com/za/support/contact/chat-email/email and there's been zero response to my query.
