Yet another LG G4 bootlooper

I am yet another in an apparently long line of LG G4 owners who now own a phone that is stuck in the infamous "LG welcoming screen bootloop" (see http://www.androidauthority.com/lg-admits-g4-bootloop-problem-hardware-fault-669603/). I purchased the phone from www.exCellular.co.za on Monday 30 November 2015 and have had virtually no issues to date. However, while the phone was lying face up on my desk this morning (at about 90% charge), it suddenly rebooted itself and went into bootloop where it has been stuck ever since despite trying virtually every "remedy" found online. I am now without a phone and have no way of retrieving my data from said phone. Alas, in contrast to what my screen tells me, life with LG is not so good anymore...

Thank you to "Official business reply:" (or is it "LG Customer Care" ?) for reacting so quickly with what I can only assume was a stock standard automated response. It seems that we differ in our definitions of the terms "asap", "assist", and "service". It is more than 24 hours later, and no "friendly member" of your "Service team" has been in touch to "assist" me - gladly, or otherwise!

Dear Hendrik
Thank you for the mail below.
If your phone has the symptom it needs to be checked by the Network service centre.
They will load the software as that shall revive the phone.
If the software fails they will replace the Main PCB of the unit.
Regards

Dear LG/Official Business Response:/person,
Thank you for double-posting the same unhelpful response (which you emailed me 30min ago) here. Herewith, therefore, the full response I sent in reply to the email received from "Amos":
Dear Amos,
Thank you for your email. If by “the symptom” you mean “the defect”, then yes, I fear that my phone has “the symptom”.
Regrettably, the information you provide in the email below is insufficient. Please clarify the following: (1) Which “Network service centre” are you referring to? ; (2) what steps do I (or LG) need to take to ensure that the phone gets “checked by the Network service centre”? and (3) given that I purchased the phone less than a year ago and it is therefore still under warranty, who is responsible for the costs associated with (a) getting it “checked by the Network service centre” and (b) any repairs that need to be made to the phone?
Without full clarification of the above, the issue is unfortunately no closer to being resolved than it was when I initially posted about it on HelloPeter yesterday morning. Any assistance you or your team could offer in resolving the matter will be appreciated.
Kind regards,
Hendrik van Broekhuizen
