Worst customer service, delivery and installation!

I bought a new dryer (LG RH90V9JV2N Dryer 9kg A+++ -10 Dual Inverter Heat Pump Dryer) for almost 17000 Rands + 600Rands for the delivery and installation. I was super disappointed all along. First it took them a week to deliver (while on the communications they promised delivery within 3-4 business days), second when the dryer was eventually delivered they did not install it. Apparently LG outsources its installation services. The delivery guys said that LG would contact me about when the installation would take place. They said it would be on the same day. Then LG called me to say it would have to me on the next day. It has been 3 days since, and nobody came. Bottom line: I have machine that costs me an arm and that I cannot use! I would rather have bought the same machine at a much lower cost at Makro or another supplier (and find someone else to install, at a much lower cost). The very reason why I chose to buy it with LG was for the customer service and after sale service for which I paid 600R. Terrible experience. Lesson learned: last time I deal with LG
