WHATSAPP SUPPORT WHATSAPP LINE

WHATSAPP ISSUE!

I have a LG fridge which we love, it recently just gone dead.

I didn't worry too much because LG has a Whatsapp line and thought I would get a quick response...1 day later, I have received NO RESPONSE!

I had to use my airtime and call and complained about my no response, guess what?? Still no response.

What is the issue with the Whatsapp line? If you use it, pls use it correctly.

Can someone pleeeeeaaaasssse assist me :-(
