After being used to Samsung repair centers having almost a court hearing with you when you take something in to have repaired under warrantee, this was really a pleasant experience. Thank you so much. I've now moved over from Samsung to LG and have replaced most of my staffs cell phone to LG and so the same in my house appliances.
