Useless LG & their Repair *******

Called out these people from LG repairs to sort out the washing machine that no longer spins. after 30 minutes, technician says the PC Board is packed up. calls LG directly for replacement board and cost, he informs me that LG has discontinued the spares on this machine! then he has the cheek to say that I have to pay the call-out fee! when I asked what the next course of action is, he said i must buy a new machine!!!!! yet his boss said that we will have to pay a call-out fee only if we do not accept the quote. is it my fault that these idiots at LG do not have stock?!!! I wanted the machine repaired! you are a ***** - if you want to be ****** blind, contact this guy at LG repairs on ***! LG, it is the last time we will support rip-offs like you!
