Useless LG OLED TV

I bought a 55" LG smart OLED TV (one of their flagship tvs) in November 2017. Within 20 months, the panel had imprints on it. Since it was still within warranty, LG replaced the panel at no cost to me. However, the imprints appeared again around 18 months later. It would seem their panels won't even last 2 years! I now have Netflix, ENCA and another unrecognisable imprint on my tv. This time the product was out of the 2 year warranty and LG quoted R18k to have it replaced. That was about 60% of the cost of the tv and more than most similar tv prices currently. They also took around a month to give me a quote, despite promising several times to respond "shortly". I found their after sales service absolutely terrible and the quality of one of their best tvs really poor. I will certainly not be buying a useless LG tv again!
