Useless customer support

Unfortunately I chose an LG washing machine over a Samsung one. Only one year since I bought the machine, it has packed up and even though LG has what looks like an effective repair servicing online tool, have not bothered to contact me to remedy this even after my numerous follow ups. If you are looking at this when choosing which washing machine, do not purchase an LG model unless you wish to be washing your family clothing in the bath.
